(EN) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rush current suppressing device which suppresses rush current, enlarges load current and which can be made into an external adapter.

SOLUTION: One pole of an AC power supply 1 is connected to an AC input node 3A of a rush current suppressing circuit 3 through a switch SW and primary winding 21 wound to a core 2. An AC input node 3B of the rush current suppressing circuit 3 is connected to the other pole of the AC power supply 1 through a load 4. A rectifier smoothing circuit 5 is connected between terminals of secondary winding 22 wound to the core 2. Positive and negative output terminals of the rectifier smoothing circuit 5 are connected to bias circuit nodes 3C and 3D of the rush current suppressing circuit 3.

【課題】突入電流を抑制でき、負荷電流を大きくでき、しかも、外付けのアダプタにできる突入電流抑制装置を提供する。
【解決手段】交流電源1の一方の極は、スイッチSWとコア2に巻回された1次巻線21とを介して突入電流抑制回路3の交流入力節点3Aに接続される。突入電流抑制回路3の交流入力節点3Bは負荷4を介して交流電源1の他方の極に接続される。コア2に巻回された2次巻線22の端子間には整流平滑回路5が接続される。整流平滑回路5の正、負の出力端子は突入電流抑制回路3のバイアス用回路節点3C、3Dにそれぞれ接続される。
