【課題】投げ釣りで遠投し、仕掛けを巻き上げる際、海底の根(海藻や岩)に引っかかり、釣り針が折れたりおもりや仕掛けが切れてしまうことがよくあり、その都度おもりや仕掛けを付け直さなければならなく、時間と釣具の消耗さらに、海底に残された釣り糸や釣具による海洋生物などの環境汚染につながるものであった。
また、投げ釣は遠投した仕掛けをリールを巻き上げながら海底近くの魚をうまく誘いながら釣る釣りであるため、初心者と上級者では釣課に大きな差が出た。
【解決手段】以上の課題を解決するために、翼1を備えた釣具を仕掛けに取り付けることによりリールの巻き上げ、又は海底の潮流による水の圧力を翼に受け上昇、仕掛けを素早く浮き上がらせ根掛かりを防止し、且つ仕掛けに付けたエサが浮遊することにより、集魚効果が得られ釣果を向上させる。

(EN) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater kite solving such problems that, in throwing far away in a throw fishing, when a tackle is hoisted, the tackle is caught on seabed root (sea algae and/or rock) to often effect fishhook breakage and/or tackle rupture; every time in such a case, a sinker and/or the tackle must be reset, leading to wasting time and tackle exhaust and also to environmental pollution involving marine organisms stemming from fishline and fishing gear left at seabed; besides, as a throw fishing is to make a fishing while properly luring fishes near seabed under hoisting, while reeling, a tackle thrown far away, fishing beginner and fishing veteran differ significantly in successful fishing result from each other.

SOLUTION: The underwater kite solves the above problems in the following way: by mounting a tackle with a fishing gear equipped with a wing 1, the tackle is prevented from being caught on root at seabed by reeling or being raised with the wing subjected to hydraulic pressure stemming from tidal wave at seabed to effect swift floating up; besides, baits attached onto the tackle drift afloat, thereby affording fish-luring effect and leading to increasing successful fishing results.
