Abstract:

圧力損失が低いうえに捕集効率に優れる混繊不織布、特にエアフィルターに好適に用いることができる混繊不織布およびそれを用いた濾材を提供する。
互いに異なる融点を持つ少なくとも2種類の繊維を含む不織布である。低融点繊維はポリオレフィン系樹脂成分Aによって構成されており、高融点繊維はポリオレフィン系樹脂成分Aよりも高い融点をもつ高融点樹脂成分Bによって構成されている。高融点繊維の数平均繊維径は低融点繊維の数平均繊維径よりも大きい。繊維径20μm〜100μmの高融点繊維は、不織布の断面に、断面長1.00mmあたり1本以上存在する。不織布を構成する繊維全体の数平均繊維径は、0.3μm〜10μmの範囲にある。
