Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a contact rotating shaft system (1) and a low-voltage switch having the contact rotating shaft system (1). The contact rotating shaft system (1) comprises movable contacts (20a 20b) rotating shafts (30a 30b) and springs (18a 18b) and spring through-shafts (16a 16b). The movable contacts (20a 20b) can rotate in cavities (308a 308b) of the rotating shafts (30a 30b) and the springs (18a 18b) the spring through-shafts (16a 16b) and bearing shafts (14a 14b) of the movable contacts (20a 20b) are used to lock the movable contacts (20a 20b) with the rotating shafts (30a 30b) so as to enable the movable contacts (20a 20b) and the rotating shafts (30a 30b) to form the contact rotating shaft system (1). The contact rotating shaft system (1) is configured to have a first stable position when the movable contacts (20a 20b) and the rotating shafts (30a 30b) are attached and a second stable position when the movable contacts (20a 20b) and the rotating shafts (30a 30b) are separated. The contact rotating shaft system (1) enables the movable contacts (20a 20b) to have an anti-drop function during a separation process thereby reducing the number and frequency of vibrations of the movable contacts (20a 20b) reducing the heat damage to the contact rotating shaft system (1) caused by frequent contact separation and re-contact of the movable contacts (208a 208b) with stationary contacts in a breaking process while also reducing short-circuit breaking time.
