Abstract
(EN) A filter device (5) for removing a noise current generated by an inverter (6) is provided with: a first filter capacitor (52a) provided in parallel with a direct current (DC) unit of the inverter (6); a first filter reactor (51a) provided between a high potential side of the first filter capacitor (52a) and overhead wiring (1) which is the power supply source of DC power; and a series circuit unit (56) for connecting in series a fuse (53) as a circuit cutoff unit which is turned off when a current greater than a current rating flows a second filter reactor (51b) which is an inductance element and a second filter capacitor (52b) which is a capacitance element one end of the series circuit unit (56) being connected to a low potential side of the first filter capacitor (52a) and one end of the first filter reactor (51a) being connected to the series circuit unit (56).
