Abstract
(ES) Un método para preparar una composición de un fragmento de una unidad de ADN, que comprende: una etapa de preparar disoluciones que contienen múltiples clases de fragmentos de unidades de ADN, en donde cada disolución contiene una de múltiples clases de fragmentos de unidades de ADN, en donde cada fragmento de una unidad de ADN está acoplado a una secuencia auxiliar correspondiente; y una etapa de, después de preparar cada disolución, medir la concentración de cada clase de fragmento de unidad de ADN con la correspondiente secuencia auxiliar acoplada a este en cada una de las disoluciones, y luego en función del resultado de la medición, tomar una porción de cada una de las disoluciones de modo tal que el número de moles del fragmento de una unidad de ADN en una porción esté cercano al número de moles del fragmento de una unidad de ADN en otra porción.
