(ES) Procedimiento de extracción para extraer el aire en un molde de inyección
Abstract
(ES) Procedimiento de extracción para extraer el aire en un molde de inyección (1), comprendiendo dicho molde (1) - medios de cierre; - una o más cavidades de inyección (2) provistas de al menos una boquilla de inyección para la introducción del material caliente en estado líquido; - al menos un dispositivo expulsor formado por un alojamiento (3) para una varilla expulsora (4) responsable de la extracción de la pieza ya moldeada; - un conducto de aire (6) conectado a una bomba de vacío o un dispositivo de succión (7) que intercepta transversalmente al menos un alojamiento (3) de una varilla expulsora (4) para provocar una succión del aire del interior del molde (1) a través del espacio existente entre dicha varilla expulsora (4) y dicho alojamiento (3), - un conducto de evacuación del aire adicional que interseca con el conducto de aire (6) conectado a la bomba de vacío o al dispositivo de succión (7), comprendiendo dicho procedimiento las etapas de: a) cierre del molde (1); b) activación del conducto de aire (6) conectado a la bomba de vacío o al dispositivo de succión (7) que intercepta transversalmente los alojamientos (3) de las varillas expulsoras (4) de los dispositivos expulsores produciendo la succión del aire del molde (1); c) inyección del plástico dentro del molde (1); d) llenado del molde (1); y e) enfriamiento y expulsión de la pieza en el que el conducto de aire (6) y la bomba de vacío o el dispositivo de succión (7) se activan durante toda la inyección de material en el molde (1), caracterizado porque el conducto de evacuación del aire adicional comprende un pistón (9) responsable de activar una válvula (10) alojada en la propia cavidad de inyección (2) y porque una vez que se cierra el molde (1), simultáneamente con la extracción de aire a través de los dispositivos expulsores, pero antes de la inyección del plástico en el molde (1), comprende adicionalmente las etapas de: a1) activación del conducto adicional y la válvula (10); a2) extracción de aire del interior del molde (1) a través de la intersección del conducto de aire (6) con el conducto adicional; y a3) cierre de la válvula (10).
