Abstract
(ES) Un compuesto de Fórmula (I):**Fórmula** o un tautómero, mesómero, racemato, enantiómero, diastereómero, o mezcla de los mismos, o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de los mismos, en donde: el anillo A se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en heterociclilo y cicloalquilo; cada R1 es idéntico o diferente y se selecciona cada uno independientemente entre el grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, halógeno, alquilo, haloalquilo, alcoxi, haloalcoxi, amino, nitro, hidroxi, ciano, cicloalquilo, heterociclilo, arilo, heteroarilo, -OR6, -C(O)R6, -C(O)OR6, - S(O)mR6, -S(O)mNR7R8 y -(CH2)xRa, en donde el alquilo, haloalquilo, heterociclilo, arilo y heteroarilo está cada uno independiente y opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más grupos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en alquilo, haloalquilo, halógeno, amino, nitro, ciano, hidroxi, alcoxi, haloalcoxi, hidroxialquilo, cicloalquilo, heterociclilo, arilo y heteroarilo; Ra se selecciona del grupo que consiste en halógeno, cicloalquilo, heterociclilo y -NR7R8, en donde el cicloalquilo y heterociclilo está cada uno independiente y opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más grupos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en alquilo, haloalquilo, halógeno, amino, nitro, ciano, hidroxi, alcoxi, haloalcoxi, hidroxialquilo, cicloalquilo, heterociclilo, arilo y heteroarilo; R2 es hidrógeno o alquilo, en donde el alquilo está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más grupos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en halógeno, hidroxi, ciano, cicloalquilo y heterociclilo; R3 se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, alquilo, halógeno, ciano, alcoxi y haloalquilo; cada R4 es idéntico o diferente y se selecciona cada uno independientemente entre el grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, alquilo, haloalquilo, hidroxi, amino, alcoxi, haloalcoxi, cicloalquilo, heterociclilo, arilo, heteroarilo, -OR6, -C(O)R6, -C(O)OR6, -S(O)mR6, -S(O)mNR7R8 y -NR7R8; cada R5 es idéntico o diferente y se selecciona cada uno independientemente entre el grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, alquilo, oxo, halógeno, haloalquilo, hidroxi, amino, alcoxi, haloalcoxi, cicloalquilo, heterociclilo, arilo, heteroarilo, -OR6, -C(O)R6, -C(O)OR6, -S(O)mR6, -S(O)mNR7R8 y -NR7R8; R6 se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, alquilo, haloalquilo, alcoxi, hidroxialquilo, hidroxi, amino, cicloalquilo, heterociclilo, arilo y heteroarilo; R7 y R8 son idénticos o diferentes y se selecciona cada uno independientemente entre el grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, alquilo, alcoxi, hidroxialquilo, hidroxi, amino, alcoxicarbonilo, cicloalquilo, heterociclilo, arilo y heteroarilo, en donde el alquilo, amino, cicloalquilo, heterociclilo, arilo y heteroarilo está cada uno independiente y opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más grupos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en alquilo, halógeno, hidroxi, amino, alcoxicarbonilo, nitro, ciano, alcoxi, hidroxialquilo, cicloalquilo, heterociclilo, arilo y heteroarilo; m es 0, 1 o 2; n es 0, 1, 2 o 3; p es 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 o 5; q es 0, 1 o 2; y x es 0, 1, 2 o 3.
