Abstract
(EN) Disclosed herein is a secondary battery pack including a battery cell having an anode terminal and a cathode terminal formed at one face having a sealed surplus portion and a protection circuit module (PCM) electrically connected to the battery cell via the anode terminal and the cathode terminal, wherein the PCM includes a board having a protection circuit formed thereon, the board being provided with an anode terminal connection part and a cathode terminal connection part connected to the anode terminal and the cathode terminal, respectively, a PCM case configured to receive the board through an open face thereof so that the PCM case surrounds the board, and an electrically insulative lid to close the open face of the PCM case. The board is coupled to the anode terminal and the cathode terminal of the battery cell via the anode terminal connection part and the cathode terminal connection part, the board is disposed in the PCM case in a state in which the board is parallel to the battery cell, the open face of the PCM case is closed by the electrically insulative lid, and the PCM case is mounted to the sealed surplus portion of the battery cell.
(FR) L'invention concerne un bloc-pile secondaire comprenant : un élément de batterie comprenant une partie excédent scellée, et ayant une borne de cathode et une borne d'anode sur une de ses surfaces ; et un module de circuit de protection (PCM) connecté électriquement à l'élément de batterie par l'intermédiaire de la borne de cathode et de la borne d'anode. Le PCM comprend : un substrat sur lequel un circuit de protection est formé, et ayant une partie de connexion de la borne de cathode et une partie de connexion de la borne d'anode, qui se connectent à la borne de cathode et à la borne d'anode, situées à l'intérieur ; un boîtier de PCM construit de façon à loger et entourer le substrat par un côté ouvert de ce dernier ; et un couvercle électriquement isolant qui scelle le côté ouvert du boîtier de PCM, le substrat étant connecté à la borne de cathode et à la borne d'anode de l'élément de batterie par la partie de connexion de la borne de cathode et la partie de connexion de la borne d'anode, et le boîtier de PCM logeant le substrat qui s'étend parallèlement à l'élément de batterie, et étant monté sur la partie en excédent scellée de l'élément de batterie après que son côté ouvert est scellé avec le couvercle électriquement isolant.
