Rotierbare Packmaschine und Verfahren zum Füllen von offenen Säcken mit mehreren über dem Umfang verteilt angeordneten mitrotierenden Fülleinheiten, die jeweils einen Füllstutzen mit einer unteren Füllöffnung aufweisen, wobei durch eine relativ zum Füllstutzen gerichtete Aufwärtsbewegung die offenen Säcke anhängbar sind. Es ist eine Übergabeeinrichtung zur Übergabe der zu füllenden offenen Säcke an die Fülleinheiten vorgesehen. Die Übergabeeinrichtung weist einen Greifarm mit einer daran vorgesehenen Greifeinheit auf. Der Greifarm ist umlaufend an der Übernahmeeinrichtung angeordnet. Eine Längsgeschwindigkeit der Längsbewegung des Greifarms ist zeitweise an eine Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Umfangsbewegung der Füllstutzen angepasst.

The invention relates to a rotatable packing machine and to a method for filling open bags by means of several co-rotating filling units distributed over the circumference, which units each comprise a filling nozzle having a lower filling opening, wherein the open bags can be attached by an upward movement directed relative to the filling nozzle. A transfer device is provided for transferring the open bags to be filled to the filling units. The transfer device comprises a gripping arm having a gripping unit provided thereon. The gripping arm is arranged such as to revolve on the receiving device. A longitudinal speed of the longitudinal movement of the gripping arm is temporarily adapted to a circumferential speed of the circumferential movement of the filling nozzle.

L'invention concerne une machine d'emballage rotative et un procédé de remplissage de sacs ouverts, avec plusieurs unités de remplissage réparties sur la périphérie et entraînées en rotation avec ladite machine. Lesdites unités de remplissage comportent chacune une tubulure de remplissage avec un orifice de remplissage inférieur, les sacs ouverts pouvant être accrochés sous l'effet d'un mouvement ascendant par rapport à la tubulure de remplissage. Il est prévu un dispositif de transfert permettant de transférer les sacs ouverts à remplir vers les unités de remplissage. Ledit dispositif de transfert comporte un bras de préhension, sur lequel est prévue une unité de préhension. Le bras de préhension est agencé sur la périphérie du dispositif de transfert. La vitesse du mouvement longitudinal du bras de préhension est ajustée par intermittence à la vitesse du mouvement circonférentiel des tubulures de remplissage.
