Disclosed is a process for preparing biodiesel from renewable oil and fat catalyzed by lipase with online dehydration. The method uses a short chain alcohol ROH as an acyl-acceptor, and utilizes a lipase as the catalyst to catalyze transesterification reaction of oil and fat feedstock with said short chain alcohol, so as to synthesize biodiesel; and online dehydration with a membrane or a molecular sieve is carried out during the whole process or part of the reaction process. Such online dehydration process greatly simplifies the operation procedure, and provides good economic and environmental benefits.

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'élaboration de biodiesel par catalyse par lipase déshydratée en ligne de matières grasses renouvelables. Dans ce procédé, un alcool ROH à chaîne courte joue le rôle d'accepteur de réaction d'acylation ; une lipase est utilisée en tant que catalyseur pour catalyser une réaction de transestérification de matières grasses et d'huiles de départ par l'alcool à chaîne courte susmentionné dans le but de synthétiser du biodiesel ; la déshydratation en ligne est mise en œuvre à l'aide d'une membrane ou d'un tamis moléculaire pendant la totalité du processus ou une partie du processus réactionnel ; cette déshydratation en ligne simplifie considérablement l'opération et présente des avantages économiques et environnementaux satisfaisants.
