Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a plastic injection mould (1) which allows extracting the air from inside it during the injection process, and an extraction method, wherein said mould (1) basically comprises closing means, one or more injection cavities (2) provided with at least one injection nozzle for introducing the hot material in a liquid state and at least one ejector device formed by a housing (3) for an ejector pin (4) responsible for extracting the part already moulded, wherein an air duct (6) connected to a vacuum pump or a suction device (7) intercepts said housings (3) of the ejector pins (4) causing a suction of the air from inside the mould (1).
(FR) L'invention concerne un moule pour injection de plastique (1) qui permet d'extraire l'air de l'intérieur du moule durant le procédé d'injection, et un procédé d'extraction, dans lequel ledit moule (1) comprend basiquement des systèmes de fermeture, une ou plusieurs cavités d'injection (2) pourvues d'au moins une buse d'injection pour introduire le matériau chaud à l'état liquide et au moins un dispositif éjecteur formé par un logement (3) pour une broche d'éjecteur (4) responsable de l'extraction de la partie déjà moulée, un conduit d'air (6) connecté à une pompe à vide ou un dispositif d'aspiration (7) interceptant lesdits logements (3) des broches d'éjecteur (4) provoquant une aspiration de l'air à partir de l'intérieur du moule (1).
