An internal combustion engine control apparatus includes an output-current abnormality-signal holding unit (112) that determines whether a current abnormality signal is being output from a current-abnormality detecting unit (108, 110), which compares a current value detected by a current detecting unit (R1, R2) with a predetermined threshold, and outputs a current abnormality signal when the current value is equal to or less than the predetermined threshold continuously for a predetermined time or longer, and outputs a current abnormality signal when the current abnormality signal is being output continuously for a predetermined time or longer, and does not output a current abnormality signal when the current abnormality signal is output continuously for less than the predetermined time.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande de moteur à combustion interne pourvu d'une unité de rétention de signal d'anomalie de courant de sortie (112) qui détermine si un signal d'anomalie de courant est émis en sortie par une unité de détection d'anomalie de courant (108, 110) de façon continue pendant une durée prédéterminée ou davantage, et émet en sortie le signal d'anomalie de courant lorsque ledit signal est émis de façon continue pendant la durée prédéterminée ou davantage et n'émet pas en sortie le signal d'anomalie de courant lorsque ledit signal est émis de façon continue pendant une durée inférieure à la durée prédéterminée, l'unité de détection d'anomalie de courant (108, 110) comparant une valeur de courant détectée par une unité de détection de courant (R1, R2) avec une valeur seuil prédéterminée et émettant en sortie le signal d'anomalie de courant lorsque la valeur de courant est égale ou inférieure à la valeur seuil prédéterminée.
