Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zum Recycling von wertmetallhaltigen Abfallstoffen in einem Wirbelschichtofen (100), umfassend die Phasen I, Anfahren des Wirbelschichtofens; und II Kontinuierliche Wiederaufbereitung der wertmetallhaltigen Abfallstoffe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wirbelschichtofen (100) während der Phase II der kontinuierlichen Wiederaufbereitung der wertmetallhaltigen Abfallstoffe autotherm betrieben wird, wobei die Prozesstemperatur über den Füllstand des Wirbelschichtofens (100) und den Materialdurchfluss geregelt wird. Die Erfindung stellt weiterhin eine Vorrichtung, umfassend einen Wirbelschichtofen (100) zum Recycling von wertmetallhaltigen Abfallstoffen in einem kontinuierlichen autothermen Verfahren bereit.
