Abstract
(DE) Zum Reparieren eines Werkstücks (WS) werden eine Anforderungsangabe (REQ) über eine vom Werkstück (WS) zu erfüllende Anforderung sowie ein numerisches Simulationsmodell (SIM) zum Simulieren eines physikalischen Verhaltens des Werkstücks (WS) eingelesen. Weiterhin wird mittels eines Sensors (S) eine aktuelle Form des Werkstücks (WS) erfasst. Bei Feststellen einer Abweichung der aktuellen Form von einer Sollform des Werkstücks (WS) wird anhand des Simulationsmodells (SIM) ein jeweiliges physikalisches Verhalten des Werkstücks (WS) in der aktuellen Form sowie in einer mittels eines 3D-Druckers (3DPR) ergänzten Form simuliert. Weiterhin wird anhand der Anforderungsangabe (REQ) geprüft, ob das jeweils simulierte physikalische Verhalten die Anforderung erfüllt. Abhängig vom Prüfungsergebnis wird das Werkstück (WS) dann entweder in der aktuellen Form belassen, durch den 3D-Drucker (3DPR) ergänzt oder verworfen.
