Abstract
(EN) Each time clogging of a filter (5) of an air cleaner is determined on the basis of intake negative pressure of an engine (2), and the air filter (5) is cleaned, an accumulated value of operating time of the engine (2) from previous cleaning until clogging is determined is taken as a cleaning interval (S), and sequentially measured. A plurality of stages are previously set by classifying a minimum value and a maximum value of the cleaning interval (S), and the measured cleaning interval (S) is added to the stage to which the measured cleaning interval (S) is to belong, among the stages. A histogram in which an axis of abscissas is taken as the stage, an axis of ordinates is taken as frequency of the cleaning interval (S) is constructed, and an approximate straight line (L2) illustrated by a solid line is obtained by approximating a characteristic line (L1) of the histogram illustrated by a dotted line to a straight line. A characteristic of the histogram is changed as the deterioration of the air filter (5) progresses, and when a slope of the approximate straight line (L2) based on the characteristic gradually decreases from right-upward slop illustrated by a thin line, exceeds (ΔY/ΔX = 0) equivalent to the horizontal, deterioration of the air filter is determined.
(FR) L’invention concerne, lorsque le colmatage d'un filtre (5) d'un épurateur d'air est déterminé sur la base d'une pression négative d'admission d'un moteur (2) et que le filtre à air (5) est nettoyé, une mesure séquentielle est effectuée en prenant, en tant qu'intervalle de nettoyage (S), une valeur d'accumulation du temps de fonctionnement du moteur (2) à partir du nettoyage précédent jusqu'à ce que le colmatage soit déterminé. Une pluralité d'étapes sont définies par discernement de la valeur minimale à la valeur maximale de l'intervalle de nettoyage (S) à l'avance, et l'intervalle de nettoyage mesuré (S) est ajouté à une étape à laquelle appartient chaque étape. Un histogramme est construit en prenant un axe transversal représentant une étape et un axe vertical représentant la fréquence de l'intervalle de nettoyage (S), et une ligne droite approximative (L2) est obtenue dans laquelle la ligne caractéristique (L1) de l'histogramme, qui est représentée par une ligne en pointillé, est approximée à une ligne droite à représenter avec une ligne continue. Les caractéristiques du changement d'histogramme en fonction de la progression de détérioration du filtre à air (5), et la détérioration du filtre à air sont déterminées à un instant où la pente de la ligne droite approximative (L2) en se basant sur celle-ci diminue progressivement depuis une pente vers le haut, qui est représentée avec une ligne fine, pour dépasser (ΔY/ΔX = 0) correspondant au niveau horizontal.
