Abstract
(EN) Provided is a biaxially oriented polypropylene film that has high stiffness, has excellent heat resistance at a high temperature of 150°C, easily maintains a bag shape when being made into a packaging bag, and has less pitch shift during printing or fewer wrinkles in a sealed portion when being heat-sealed. A biaxially oriented polypropylene film, wherein a storage elastic modulus (E'-23) of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film at 23°C in dynamic viscoelasticity measurement is not lower than 2.0 GPa in a longitudinal direction and not lower than 6.0 GPa in a width direction, a storage elastic modulus E' (E'-80) of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film at 80°C in dynamic viscoelasticity measurement is not lower than 1.0 GPa in the longitudinal direction and not lower than 3.0 GPa in the width direction, a ratio (E'-80/E'-23) of E'-80 to E'-23 is not less than 0.4 in both the longitudinal direction and the width direction, a heat shrinkage rate of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film at 150°C is not higher than 10% in the longitudinal direction and not higher than 30% in the width direction, a heat shrinkage rate of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film at 120°C is not higher than 2.0% in the longitudinal direction and not higher than 5.0% in the width direction, and the heat shrinkage rate at 120°C in the longitudinal direction is lower than the heat shrinkage rate at 120°C in the width direction.
(FR) L'invention fournit un film de polypropylène à orientation biaxiale qui présente une rigidité élevée, qui est doté d'une excellente résistance à la chaleur à des températures élevées de 150°C, qui conserve facilement une forme de sac lorsqu'il consiste en un sac d'emballage, et qui présente peu de décalage de pas lors d'une impression et peu de plis de partie scellement après soudage à chaud. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un film de polypropylène à orientation biaxiale dans lequel le module d'élasticité de conservation (E'-23) à 23°C selon une mesure de viscoélasticité dynamique est supérieur ou égal à 2,0GPa dans la direction longitudinale et supérieur ou égal à 6,0GPa dans la direction de la largeur, le module d'élasticité de conservation (E'(E'-80)) à 80°C selon une mesure de viscoélasticité dynamique est supérieur ou égal à 1,0GPa dans la direction longitudinale et supérieur ou égal à 3,0GPa dans la direction de la largeur, le rapport (E'-80/E'-23) entre E'-80 et E'-23 est supérieur ou égal à 0,4 à la fois dans la direction longitudinale et dans la direction de la largeur, le retrait thermique à 150°C est inférieur ou égal à 10% dans la direction longitudinale et inférieur ou égal à 30% dans la direction de la largeur, le retrait thermique à 120°C est inférieur ou égal à 2,0% dans la direction longitudinale et inférieur ou égal à 5,0% dans la direction de la largeur, et le retrait thermique à 120°C dans la direction longitudinale est plus faible que le retrait thermique à 120°C dans la direction de la largeur.
