Abstract
(EN) A method for determining boarding and alighting positions, a device for determining boarding and alighting positions, and a system for determining boarding and alighting positions are provided that calculate boarding and alighting position candidates around a geographical point where a request was made by the user in a vehicle dispatch system for dispatching a vehicle in accordance with a vehicle dispatch request from the user, calculate a total trip time for each of the boarding and alighting position candidates, and determines the boarding and alighting positions from among the boarding and alighting position candidates based on the total trip time.
(FR) Dans un système de répartition de véhicule pour envoyer un véhicule en réponse à une demande de répartition de véhicule provenant d'un utilisateur, ce procédé de détermination d'endroit de récupération/retour, un dispositif de détermination d'endroit de récupération/retour, et un système de détermination d'endroit de récupération/retour calculent des endroits candidats de récupération/retour au voisinage de l'endroit de la demande de l'utilisateur, calculent un temps de parcours total pour chaque endroit candidat de récupération/retour, et déterminent un endroit de récupération/retour parmi les endroits candidats de récupération/retour sur la base du temps de parcours total.
