Abstract
(EN) [Abstract] A phosphorus compound-containing exhaust gas purifying catalyst, comprising: a refractory three-dimensional structure extending from a gas inflow side end surface to a gas outflow side end surface, the refractory three-dimensional structure having cell walls that define and form multiple gas flow paths, the gas flow paths running from the gas inflow side end surface to the gas outflow side end surface; a lower catalyst layer that contains Pd and is formed continuously from the gas inflow side end surface on the cell walls; a gas inflow side upper catalyst layer that contains Rh and is located as an uppermost layer on the cell walls, the gas inflow side upper catalyst layer being formed continuously from the gas inflow side end surface; and a gas outflow side upper catalyst layer that contains Rh and is located as an uppermost layer on the cell walls, the gas outflow side upper catalyst layer being formed continuously from the gas outflow side end surface, wherein the gas inflow side upper catalyst layer and the gas outflow side upper catalyst layer are disposed so as to be separated from one another along the gas flow path direction, and the lower catalyst layer having a length along the gas flow path direction of 15 mm or more, and a length ratio is 18% or more and less than 100% of the total length of the gas flow paths.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un catalyseur de purification de gaz d'échappement contenant un composé de phosphore qui possède : une structure tridimensionnelle à l'épreuve du feu disposée de façon à se prolonger d'une face terminale du côté d'entrée de gaz à une face terminale du côté sortie de gaz et une cloison de séparation formant une pluralité de canaux d'écoulement de gaz individuels qui traversent la face terminale du côté entrée de gaz jusqu'à la face terminale du côté sortie de gaz; une couche de catalyseur inférieure formée sur la cloison de séparation de façon continue à partir de la face terminale du côté entrée de gaz et qui contient du Pd; une couche de catalyseur supérieure du côté entrée de gaz aménagée sur la surface la plus extérieure de la cloison de séparation, qui est formée de façon continue à partir de la face terminale du côté entrée de gaz, et qui contient du Rh; et une couche de catalyseur supérieure du côté sortie de gaz aménagée sur la surface la plus extérieure de la cloison de séparation, qui est formée de façon continue à partir de la face terminale du côté sortie de gaz, et qui contient du Rh. La couche de catalyseur supérieure du côté entrée de gaz et la couche de catalyseur supérieure du côté sortie de gaz sont disposées de manière à être éloignées l'une de l'autre le long de la direction des canaux d'écoulement de gaz. La longueur de la couche de catalyseur inférieure le long de la direction des canaux d'écoulement de gaz est de 15 mm ou plus. Le pourcentage de sa longueur par rapport à la longueur totale de chacun des canaux d'écoulement de gaz est de 18 % ou plus et inférieur à 100 %.
