Abstract
(EN) An OLED display substrate, a manufacturing method and a display device are provided. The OLED display substrate includes a base substrate and a plurality of pixel units arranged on the base substrate, each pixel unit includes a plurality of subpixel units, and each subpixel unit includes a switching TFT and a bottom-emission OLED, the OLED display substrate further includes a light-shielding layer arranged between the OLED and the switching TFT, and an orthogonal projection of the light-shielding layer onto the base substrate completely covers an orthogonal projection of a semiconductor region of the switching TFT onto the base substrate.
(FR) L'invention concerne un substrat d'affichage à diodes électroluminescentes organiques, un dispositif d'affichage et un procédé de fabrication. Le substrat d'affichage à diodes électroluminescentes organiques comprend une base de substrat et une pluralité d'unités de pixel disposées sur la base de substrat, chaque unité de pixel comprenant une pluralité d'unités de sous-pixel, chaque unité de sous-pixel comprenant un transistor à couches minces de commutation et une diode électroluminescente organique émettant par le bas. Le substrat d'affichage à diodes électroluminescentes organiques comprend en outre une couche de protection contre la lumière située entre la diode électroluminescente organique et le transistor à couches minces de commutation, la projection orthographique de la couche de protection contre la lumière sur la base de substrat recouvrant complètement la projection orthographique de la zone semi-conductrice du transistor à couches minces de commutation sur la base de substrat.
