Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine neuartige Formulierung, insbesondere eine, die zur Herstellung eines Isolationssystems mittels Anhydrid-freier Härtung einsetzbar ist. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung die Herstellung eines Isolationssystems über die "Vacuum Pressure Impregnation - VPI -Prozesstechnik mit Tauchbad für die Tränkung glimmerbandisolierter Statoren elektrischer Maschinen wie Motoren und Generatoren. Durch die Erfindung konnte erstmals beim Anhydrid-freien Imprägnierharz im VPI-Prozess bei geringem Gehalt an Zinkverbindung und/oder Supersäuresalz als Beschleuniger im festen Isolierstoff und gegebenenfalls Supersäurensalz im flüssigen Imprägnierharz eine ausreichende Gelzeit für die Verarbeitung im VPI-Prozess erreicht werden.
