(EN) An aligned single-walled CNT aggregate which can readily be produced, whose specific surface are is high, whose individual carbon nanotubes (CNT) are aligned orderly, and whose bulk density is low whereby exhibiting a processability is provided. An aligned single-walled CNT aggregate should comprise a base material, fine particles of catalyst with a number density of 1 × 10 10 to 5 × 10 13 N/cm 2 disposed on this base material, and a plurality of single-walled CNTs which are grown from the fine particles of the catalyst, wherein the plurality of single-walled CNTs have a specific surface area of 600 m 2 /g to 2600 m 2 /g, and a weight density from 0.002 g/cm 3 to 0.2 g/cm 3 , and the alignment degree is defined by specific conditions.
(FR) L'invention concerne un ensemble nanotubes de carbone à paroi simple aligné (CNT) ou analogue, que l'on peut produire facilement et qui présente une surface spécifique élevée. Ledit ensemble ou analogue présente une formabilité, chaque nanotube de carbone simple étant aligné dans une direction constante avec une faible densité en vrac dans l'ensemble CNT à paroi simple ou analogue. L'invention concerne plus précisément un ensemble CNT à paroi simple aligné, qui comprend un substrat, de fines particules de catalyseur posées sur le substrat selon une densité numérique comprise entre 1 × 1010 et 5 × 1013 particules/cm2, et plusieurs CNT à paroi simple ont une surface spécifique de 600-2600 m2/g et un poids spécifique de 0,002-0,2 g/cm3, le degré d'alignement des CNT à paroi simple pouvant être défini par des conditions spécifiques.
