(EN) A motheye mold fabrication method of the present invention includes the steps of: (a) preparing an Al base in which an Al content is less than 99.99 mass%; (b) partially anodizing the Al base to form a porous alumina layer which has a plurality of very small recessed portions; (c) after step (b), allowing the porous alumina layer to be in contact with an etchant which contains an anodic inhibitor, thereby enlarging the plurality of very small recessed portions of the porous alumina layer; and (d) after step (c), further anodizing the Al base to grow the plurality of very small recessed portions.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé pour la production d'un moule pour film ayant des propriétés similaires à celles de l'œil de la mite, lequel comprend : une étape (a) dans laquelle une base en Al ayant une teneur en Al inférieure à 99,99 % en masse est préparée ; une étape (b) dans laquelle une couche d'alumine poreuse ayant une pluralité de creux fins est formée par anodisation partielle de la base en Al ; une étape (c) dans laquelle la pluralité de creux fins présents dans l'alumine poreuse sont élargis par la mise en contact de la couche d'alumine poreuse avec un agent d'attaque chimique contenant un inhibiteur d'anode après l'étape (b) ; et une étape (d) dans laquelle la pluralité de creux fins sont allongés par anodisation supplémentaire qui est effectuée après l'étape (c).
