Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Lagerbauteils (1), wobei ein Lagerbauteilrohling (2) ein metallisches Substrat (3) auf Eisenbasis und eine Konversionsschicht (4) aufweist, wobei die Konversionsschicht (4) auf dem metallischen Substrat (3) aufgebracht ist und eine Ausgangsschichtdicke db aufweist, wobei als Konversionsschicht (4) eine Brünierschicht auf Eisenoxidbasis gebildet wird, die durch Behandlung des metallischen Substrats (3) mittels eines alkalischen Behandlungsbads erzeugt wird, wobei zum Erhalten des Lagerbauteils (1) das metallische Substrat (3) des Lagerbauteilrohling (2) gehärtet wird und der Lagerbauteilrohling (2) zumindest in einem Bereich der Konversionsschicht (4) mittels eines kugelförmigen Körpers (6) überrollt wird, wobei die Konversionsschicht (4) in diesem Bereich verdichtet wird und eine Schutzschicht (8) des Lagerbauteils (1) mit einer Endschichtdicke de bildet, wobei die Endschichtdicke de kleiner als 95 Prozent der Ausgangsschichtdicke db ist.

The invention relates to a method for producing a bearing component (1), wherein: a bearing component blank (2) comprises an iron-based metal substrate (3) and a conversion layer (4); the conversion layer (4) is applied to the metal substrate (3) and has a starting layer thickness db; an iron oxide-based blackening layer is formed as the conversion layer (4) and is produced by treatment of the metal substrate (3) by means of an alkaline treatment bath; in order to obtain the bearing component (1), the metal substrate (3) of the bearing component blank (2) is hardened and a spherical body (6) is rolled over the bearing component blank (2) at least in a region of the conversion layer (4); the conversion layer (4) is compressed in this region and a protective layer (8) of the bearing component (1) with an end layer thickness de is formed; the end layer thickness de is less than 95% of the starting layer thickness db.

L’invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer un élément de palier (1), une ébauche (2) d’élément de palier comprenant un substrat métallique (3) à base de fer et une couche de conversion (4), la couche de conversion (4) étant appliquée sur le substrat métallique (3) et présentant une épaisseur de couche initiale db, une couche de brunissage à base d’oxyde de fer, qui est produite par traitement du substrat métallique (3) au moyen d’un bain de traitement alcalin, étant formée en tant que couche de conversion (4).
