Embodiments of this application provide a control information sending method and apparatus. The method includes: generating, by a network device, first control information for a first TB, where the first TB includes n code block CB groups, and 1≤n≤N, where N is a maximum quantity of CB groups included in the first TB, and N≥1; each CB group includes at least one CB; the first control information includes N control information fields, and the N control information fields are in a one-to-one correspondence with the maximum N CB groups included in the first TB; and a control information field i in the N control information fields is used to indicate whether a CB group corresponding to the control information field i is to be sent or received, and i∈[1, N]; and sending, by the network device, the first control information to a terminal device. In this way, a quantity of bits included in downlink control information can remain fixed, thereby reducing blind detection complexity of a terminal device, reducing processing burden of the terminal device, and improving user experience.

La présente invention concerne, dans certains modes de réalisation, un procédé et un appareil d'émission d'informations de commande. Le procédé comporte les étapes suivantes: un dispositif de réseau génère des premières informations de commande pour un premier TB, le premier TB comportant n blocs de code (CB), 1≤n≤N, N étant le nombre de groupes de CB compris au plus dans le premier TB, et N≥1; chaque groupe de CB comportant au moins un CB, les premières informations de commande comportant N champs d'informations de commande, les N champs d'informations de commande présentant une correspondance biunivoque avec les N groupes de CB compris au plus dans le premier TB, un champ d'informations de commande i parmi les N champs d'informations de commande étant utilisé pour indiquer si le groupe de CB correspondant au champ d'informations de commande i est émis ou reçu, et i ∈[1, N]; et le dispositif de réseau envoie les premières informations de commande à un dispositif terminal. Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention peuvent rendre fixe le nombre de bits compris dans des informations de commande de liaison descendante, réduisant ainsi la complexité de la détection en aveugle d'un dispositif terminal, réduisant la charge de traitement du dispositif terminal, et améliorant l'agrément d'utilisation.
