Abstract
(EN) A resin structure (1) includes a molded resin element (420) and a push-type switch (100). The push-type switch (100) includes a receptacle (140) whereon a first terminal (110) and a second terminal (111) are secured, the first terminal (110) and the second terminal (111) configured to connect to an electrical circuit; a button unit (160) protruding from the receptacle (140); and a contact spring unit (150) configured to move with the button unit (160), to electrically connect between the first terminal (110) and the second terminal (111), and to generate an opposing force relative to a pressure (400) applied between the receptacle (140) and the button unit (160). The receptacle (140) is configured to store the button unit (160) and the contact spring unit (150). The receptacle (140) of the push-type switch (100) is embedded in the molded resin element (420) with the button unit (160) exposed from the molded resin element (420).
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure en résine (1) comprenant un corps moulé en résine (420) et un commutateur à poussoir (100). Le commutateur à poussoir (100) comprend : une unité de base (130) à laquelle sont fixées une première borne (110) et une seconde borne (111) qui sont connectées à un circuit électrique; une unité de bouton (160) faisant saillie à partir de l'unité de base (130); et une unité de ressort de contact (150) conçue de manière à être mobile conjointement à l'unité de bouton (160), connectant électriquement la première borne (110) et la seconde borne (111), et générant une force de répulsion contre une force de pression (400) appliquée entre l'unité de base (130) et l'unité de bouton (160). L'unité de base (130) reçoit l'unité de bouton (160) et l'unité de ressort de contact (150). Le commutateur à poussoir (100) présente l'unité de base (130) incorporée au corps moulé en résine (420) dans un état dans lequel l'unité de bouton (160) est exposée hors du corps moulé en résine (420). Par conséquent, une structure en résine ayant un commutateur intégré qui fournit un dispositif électronique plus compact et plus léger tout en garantissant la sensation de fonctionnement du commutateur peut être obtenue.
