Provided is a photoelectric conversion element that uses a perovskite compound as a light absorbing agent and in which a moisture resistance variation is small; a solar cell that uses this photoelectric conversion element; a method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element; a surface treating agent; a composition for surface treatment; and a surface treatment solution. A photoelectric conversion element includes, in this order: a first electrode that includes a photosensitive layer containing a light absorbing agent on a conductive support; a compound layer that contains a surface treating agent and is provided on a surface of the photosensitive layer; and a second electrode, in which the light absorbing agent contains a compound having a perovskite-type crystal structure that has a cation of an element of Group 1 in the periodic table or a cationic organic group A, a cation of a metal atom M other than elements of Group 1 in the periodic table, and an anion of an anionic atom or atomic group X, and the surface treating agent contains a silyl group.

L'invention concerne un élément de conversion photoélectrique qui utilise un composé de pérovskite comme absorbeur de lumière et présente une faible variation de la résistance à l'humidité ; une cellule solaire qui utilise cet élément de conversion photoélectrique ; un procédé de fabrication d'un élément de conversion photoélectrique ; un agent de traitement de surface ; une composition de traitement de surface ; et un fluide de traitement de surface. L'élément de conversion photoélectrique comporte, dans la séquence indiquée, une première électrode ayant une couche photosensible contenant un absorbeur de lumière sur un support électroconducteur ; une couche de composé contenant un agent de traitement de surface et disposée sur la surface de la couche photosensible ; et une seconde électrode. L'absorbeur de lumière contient un composé ayant une structure cristalline de pérovskite qui comporte un cation d'un élément de groupe 1 du tableau périodique ou un groupe organique cationique A, un cation d'un atome métallique M autre qu'un élément de groupe 1 du tableau périodique, et un atome anionique ou un anion d'un groupe atomique X. L'agent de traitement de surface possède un groupe silyle.
