(EN) A production method for a medical linear member is provided which is not abraded upon production and which includes a flat shape in a cross section. The method includes the steps of: forming a first spiral body (1) of an oval shape in a horizontal section by spirally winding a base body (3), in which a plurality of wires (2) formed of a shape-memory alloy is arrayed, around a winding core (4); subjecting the first spiral body (1) to first shape-memory treatment; cutting the first spiral body (1) into a first predetermined length; forming a second spiral body (5) of a flat shape in a horizontal section by compressing the first spiral body (1) in a direction along a short diameter; subjecting the second spiral body (5) to second shape-memory treatment; and removing the winding core (4) from the second spiral body (5).
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément médical linéaire qui est produit de la façon suivante. Une pluralité de fils (2) composés d'un alliage à mémoire de forme sont agencés de façon à former un corps de base (3). Le corps de base (3) est enroulé hélicoïdalement autour d'un noyau d'enroulement (4) composé d'un panneau plat, de façon à former un premier corps hélicoïdal (1). La forme transversale du premier corps hélicoïdal (1) est elliptique. Le premier corps hélicoïdal (1) est soumis à un premier traitement de mémoire de forme par chauffage. Le premier corps hélicoïdal (1) est coupé à une première longueur prédéterminée. Le premier corps hélicoïdal (1) est comprimé dans la direction de rayon court de l'ellipse, de façon à former un second corps hélicoïdal (5). La forme transversale du second corps hélicoïdal (5) est plate. Le second corps hélicoïdal (5) est soumis à un second traitement de mémoire de forme par chauffage. Enfin, le noyau d'enroulement (4) est retiré du second corps hélicoïdal (5). Grâce à ce procédé, un élément linéaire est formé sans avoir à tresser des filaments. Par conséquent, l'élément linéaire ne sera pas abîmé pendant la production.
