(EN) A key management program according to an embodiment is a key management program that is executed by a computer, and causes the computer to operate as a communication unit, a time acquisition unit, a key use condition acquisition unit, and a lock releasing processor. The communication unit communicates with the key management device that accommodates a key in a locked state in which pulling out of the key is restricted. The time acquisition unit acquires a current time. The key use condition acquisition unit acquires key use conditions including a lock releasing time and identification information. The lock releasing processor transmits a lock releasing signal to release the locked state to the key management device, if the current time is within a range of the lock releasing time and the identification information included in the key use conditions also matches identification information of the communicating key management device.
(FR) Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, un programme de gestion de clé est exécuté par un ordinateur et amène l'ordinateur à fonctionner en tant qu'unité de communication, unité d'acquisition de temps, unité d'acquisition de condition d'utilisation de clé et unité de traitement de déverrouillage. L'unité de communication communique avec un dispositif de gestion de clé qui stocke une clé dans un état verrouillé, dans lequel une extraction est restreinte. L'unité d'acquisition de temps acquiert l'heure actuelle. L'unité d'acquisition de condition d'utilisation de clé acquiert une condition d'utilisation de clé qui comprend une heure de déverrouillage et des informations d'identification.
