Abstract:
(EN) Artificial transcription terminators and their use are provided herein. In one aspect, a non-naturally occurring nucleic acid sequence can comprise a Y-X-Z stem-loop, wherein: Y is a nucleotide sequence of 10 to 30 nucleotides in length; X is a nucleotide sequence of 3 to 12 nucleotides in length, each nucleotide therein not base pairing with any other nucleotide within X; and Z is a nucleotide sequence of 10 to 50 nucleotides in length and having at least 70% complementarity to Y.
(FR) L'invention concerne des terminateurs de transcription artificiels et leur utilisation. Dans un aspect, une séquence d'acide nucléique non naturelle peut comprendre une tige-boucle Y-X-Z, dans laquelle : Y représente une séquence nucléotidique longue de 10 à 30 nucléotides ; X représente une séquence nucléotidique longue de 3 à 12 nucléotides, dont aucun nucléotide ne forme d'appariement de bases avec un nucléotide quelconque dans X ; et Z représente une séquence nucléotidique longue de 10 à 50 nucléotides et ayant une complémentarité d'au moins 70 % avec Y.
