Abstract
(EN) It is a modification apparatus (1) of a resin film (6) for making the surface of the resin film (6) hydrophilic. The modification apparatus (1) has a chamber (2), an unsaturated hydrocarbon supply device (3), and an ozone generating device (4). In the chamber (2), there are provided a supply roll (7) onto which the resin film (6) is previously wound, a take-up roll (8), and a shower head (10). While the resin film (6) wound onto the supply roll (7) is wound onto the take-up roll (8), a high-concentration ozone gas and an unsaturated hydrocarbon gas are supplied to the surface of the resin film (6) moving between the supply roll (7) and the take-up roll (8).
(FR) Cette invention concerne un dispositif (1) permettant de modifier un film de résine (6), le dispositif de modification (1) servant à hydrophiliser la surface du film de résine (6). Le dispositif de modification (1) comporte une chambre (2), un dispositif d'alimentation en hydrocarbure insaturé (3) et un dispositif de génération d'ozone (4). Un rouleau de distribution (7) autour duquel le film de résine (6) est enroulé au préalable, un rouleau d'enroulement (8), et une pomme de douche (10) sont agencés dans la chambre (2). Un gaz à forte concentration d'ozone et un gaz hydrocarboné insaturé sont injectés à partir de la pomme de douche (10) sur la surface du film de résine (6) se déplaçant entre le rouleau de distribution (7) et le rouleau d'enroulement (8) pendant que le film de résine (6) enroulé autour du rouleau de distribution (7) s'enroule sur le rouleau d'enroulement (8).
