Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft biokatalytische, umfassend rein enzymatische, gemischt enzymatisch-fermentative und rein fermentative Verfahren zur direkten Ein-Schritt-Umsetzung von L-Fucitol zu L-Fucose, sodass L-Fucose einfach in hoher Menge und Reinheit erhalten werden kann. Ferner werden geeignete rekombinante Mikroorganismen und Pilze sowie deren Verwendung in dem Verfahren zur Ein-Schritt-Umwandlung von L-Fucose offenbart.

The invention relates to biocatalytic methods, including purely enzymatic, mixed enzymatic-fermentative and purely fermentative methods, for the direct single-step conversion of L-fucitol into L-fucose, in order to easily obtain L-fucose at high amounts and levels of purity. The invention also relates to suitable recombinant microorganisms and fungi, and to the use of same in said method for the single-step conversion of L-fucose.

La présente invention concerne la production biocatalytique de L-fucose, comprenant des procédés purement enzymatiques, des procédés mixtes enzymatiques-fermentatifs et des procédés purement fermentatifs pour effectuer la conversion directe en une étape de de L-fucitol en L-fucose, de sorte à pouvoir obtenir aisément la L-fucose en grandes quantités et avec un degré de pureté élevé. L'invention concerne en outre des microorganismes et des champignons recombinants appropriés ainsi que leur utilisation dans le cadre dudit procédé pour effectuer une conversion de L-fucose en une étape.
