Abstract
(EN) The embodiments of the present invention provide a method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving a signal using an unlicensed carrier, applied in a base station, including the following steps. After a right to use the unlicensed carrier is preempted by the base station, the signal in remaining resources and/or a subframe subsequent is transmitted to the remaining resources, herein the signal includes one or more of start symbol identity information, a synchronization signal, a reference signal, and a service data signal, herein, the remaining resources includes the complete Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbols located in a contention back-off window and after a time point when the right to use the unlicensed carrier is contended, or complete OFDM symbols from the time point when the right to use the unlicensed carrier is contended by the base station up to an end time of a subframe in which the time point is located.
(FR) Des modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un procédé et un dispositif d'utilisation d'une porteuse sans licence pour la transmission/réception d'un signal. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : lorsque le droit d'utiliser une porteuse sans licence est préempté par une station de base, cette dernière transmet un signal dans une ressource restante et/ou des sous-trames consécutives à la ressource restante. Le signal contient un ou plusieurs des éléments suivants : des informations d'identification de symbole de départ, un signal de synchronisation, un signal de référence, et un signal de données de service. La ressource restante comprend : un symbole complet de multiplexage par répartition orthogonale de la fréquence (OFDM) situé dans une fenêtre d’attente de résolution de conflit et après un point temporel où le droit d'utiliser la porteuse sans licence fait l'objet d'un conflit, ou un symbole OFDM complet entre le point temporel où le droit d'utiliser la porteuse sans licence fait l'objet d'un conflit par la station de base et le point final d'une sous-trame où se trouve le point temporel.
