A photovoltaic assembly with integrated mounting structure is disclosed, which comprises a back sheet (300) made of a single sheet and accommodating at least one solar module in a central portion (303) of the back sheet (300), wherein the back sheet (300) comprises a first lateral portion (301) and a second lateral portion (302) extending along two opposite sides of the central portion (303) and forming a predetermined angle with respect to the central portion, wherein the first and second lateral portions (301, 302) respectively comprise a first base portion (301 b) and a second base portion (302b) adapted to lay on a roof surface.
