The invention provides a conveying system for conveying slaughter products, comprising conveying means for conveying the slaughter products. The conveying means comprise a frame, at least one pulley means which is rotatably connected to the frame about a vertical axis of rotation, an endless flexible conveying element which is passed over said at least one pulley means, a guide extending along a conveying path, and hooks for the slaughter products, which hooks are connected to the conveying element at regular intervals and which are each provided with a guide elements for guiding cooperation with the guide. The conveying element comprises a link chain with vertically oriented links and horizontally oriented links interconnected in a regular pattern. At least one pulley means is circumferentially provided with teeth arranged in pairs, each pair comprising an upper tooth and a lower tooth disposed directly opposite each other, wherein a gap is present between the teeth of a pair of teeth, into which gap horizontally oriented links extend at least partially, and wherein vertically oriented links are provided between the four teeth associated with two adjacent pairs of teeth, which links circumferentially abut against the flanks of said four teeth.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de pesage de produits d'abattage. Le dispositif comprend un moyen de transport pour transporter les produits d'abattage, le moyen de transport comportant un châssis, deux moyens à poulie qui sont reliés au châssis à une distance fixe l'un de l'autre et qui peuvent tourner autour de deux premiers axes de rotation verticaux respectifs, un élément de transport souple sans fin qui est amené à passer sur les deux moyens à poulie, ledit élément de transport s'étendant le long d'un chemin de pesage rectiligne entre les deux moyens à poulie, un guide s'étendant le long d'un chemin de transport, des crochets pour les produits d'abattage, lesdits crochets étant reliés à l'élément de transport à intervalles réguliers et étant pourvus chacun d'un élément de guidage pour une coopération de guidage avec le guide. Le dispositif comporte en outre des moyens de pesage pour peser des produits d'abattage qui sont présents dans la section de pesage et des moyens de réduction pour réduire une contrainte de traction dans l'élément de transport dans la mesure où il s'étend dans la section de pesage, lesdits moyens de réduction comportant des moyens de transmission qui sont opérants entre les deux moyens à poulie. Les moyens de transmission comportent une transmission par engrenage présentant au moins deux roues dentées engrenées qui peuvent tourner autour de seconds axes de rotation verticaux respectifs, le second axe de rotation de l'une desdites roues dentées étant en ligne avec un premier axe de rotation vertical, et le second axe de rotation d'une autre desdites roues dentées étant en ligne avec l'autre premier axe de rotation vertical.
