A method for producing a catalyst for catalytic cracking of a hydrocarbon oil easily produces a catalyst for catalytic cracking of a hydrocarbon oil that exhibits high cracking activity with respect to a heavy hydrocarbon oil, and can produce a gasoline fraction having a high octane number in high yield. The method includes preparing an aqueous slurry that includes 20 to 50 mass% of a zeolite having a sodalite cage structure, 10 to 30 mass% (on a SiO 2 basis) of a silica sol, 0.1 to 21 mass% (on an Al 2 O 3 ·3P 2 O 5 basis) of mono aluminum phosphate, and 5 to 65 mass% of a clay mineral on a solid basis, aging the aqueous slurry for 5 to 200 minutes, and spray-drying the aqueous slurry.

Cette invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire facilement un catalyseur de craquage catalytique pour huile hydrocarbonée ayant une activité de craquage élevée quand il est utilisé sur une huile hydrocarbonée lourde et permettant la production à un taux de rendement élevé d'une fraction d'essence à indice d'octane élevé. Le procédé de production d'un catalyseur de craquage catalytique pour huile hydrocarbonée selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que, quand la teneur solide est convertie, une suspension aqueuse épaisse est obtenue, ladite suspension épaisse contenant 20-50 % en poids d'une zéolithe ayant la structure en cage du sodalite, 10-30 % en poids d'un sol de silice en termes de conversion du SiO2, 0,1-21 % d'un premier phosphate d'aluminium en termes de conversion d'Al2O3⋅3P2O5, et 5-65 % en poids de minéraux argileux, après quoi la suspension épaisse est vieillie pendant 5-200 minutes, puis séchée par atomisation.
