Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing germanium imogolite nanotubes, including the following steps: (i) dissolving a precursor of the aluminum in an aqueous solution, (ii) during stirring, adding at least one germanium alkoxide, the germanium of which supports at least three hydrolyzable substituents, to the aluminum solution obtained in step (i), the molar ratio Al/Ge having to be 1 to 3, (iii) during stirring, adding a solution of urea to the aluminogermanate solution obtained in step (ii), until a molar urea/Al ratio of 0.5 to 3 is obtained, (iv) heating the solution obtained from step (iii) to a temperature above 60 °C. The present invention also relates to the germanium imogolite nanotubes which are obtainable via this method and which have an aspect ratio no lower than 100.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de nanotubes d'imogolite à base de germanium comprenant les étapes suivantes : (i) dissolution d'un précurseur de l'aluminium dans une solution aqueuse, (ii) sous agitation, ajout à la solution d'aluminium obtenue à l'issue de l'étape (i) d'au moins un alcoxyde de germanium dont le germanium porte au moins trois substituants hydrolysables, le rapport molaire Al/Ge devant être compris entre 1 et 3, (iii) sous agitation, ajout d'une solution d'urée à la solution d'aluminogermanate obtenue à l'issue de l'étape (ii), jusqu'à obtention d'un rapport molaire urée/Al compris entre 0,5 et 3, (iv) chauffage de la solution obtenue à l'issue de l'étape (iii) à une température supérieure à 60°C. La présente invention concerne également les nanotubes d'imogolite à base de germanium susceptibles d'être obtenus via ce procédé, et présentant un rapport d'aspect supérieur ou égale à 100.
