Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein kombiniertes Verfahren der Abreicherung oder Entfernung von Methan aus einem Methan-haltigen Gasgemisch A und anschließender Dehydrierung umfassend folgende Schritte 1) Herstellen eines Methan-angereicherten Gemischs B durch In-Kontakt-Bringen des Methan-haltigen Gasgemisches A mit mindestens einem Sorbens enthaltend ein poröses metallorganisches Gerüstmaterial, wobei das Gerüstmaterial mindestens eine an mindestens ein Metallion koordinativ gebundene, mindestens zweizähnige organische Verbindung enthält; 2) Herstellen eines Methan-abgereicherten Gasgemisches C durch Desorbieren der an dem Sorbens festgehaltenen Verbindungen; 3) dehydrierende Aromatisierung der in Gemisch C enthaltenen, gesättigten und ungesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffe mit oder eines Teils davon in Gegenwart eines Katalysators zu aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen, wobei ein Gemisch D erhalten wird; 4) gegebenenfalls Auftrennen des Gemischs D in ein Leichtsiedergemisch E, das den Hauptteil des entstandenen H2 und der nicht umgesetzten Kohlenwasserstoffe enthält, und in mindestens ein Schwersiedergemisch F, das den Hauptteil der gebildeten aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffe enthält.

The present invention relates to a combined process for depleting or removing methane from a methane-containing gas mixture A and subsequent dehydrogenation, comprising the following steps 1) preparing a methane-enriched mixture B by contacting the methane-containing gas mixture A with at least one sorbent comprising a porous organometallic skeleton material, the skeleton material comprising at least one at least bidentate organic compound bound coordinatively to at least one metal ion; 2) preparing a methane-depleted gas mixture C by desorbing the compounds retained on the sorbent; 3) dehydrogenating aromatization of the saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbons present in mixture C or a portion thereof in the presence of a catalyst to aromatic hydrocarbons, to obtain a mixture D; 4) if appropriate separating the mixture D into a low boiler mixture E which comprises the majority of the H2 formed and of the unconverted hydrocarbons, and into at least one high boiler mixture F which comprises the majority of the aromatic hydrocarbons formed.

La présente invention concerne un procédé combiné d'appauvrissement ou d'élimination de méthane dans un mélange gazeux contenant du méthane A, puis de déshydrogénation, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : 1) préparer un mélange enrichi en méthane B par mise en contact d'un mélange gazeux contenant du méthane A avec au moins un sorbant contenant un matériau de squelette métallo-organique poreux, le matériau de squelette contenant au moins un composé organique au moins bidentate, relié par coordination à au moins un ion métallique ; 2) préparer un mélange gazeux appauvri en méthane C par désorption des composés fixés sur le sorbant; 3) aromatiser de manière déshydrogénante les hydrocarbures saturés et insaturés contenus dans le mélange C ou une partie d'entre eux, en présence d'un catalyseur, pour former des hydrocarbures aromatiques, un mélange D étant obtenu; 4) séparer éventuellement le mélange D en un mélange de fractions légères E, contenant la majorité du H2 résultant et des hydrocarbures non réagis, et en au moins un mélange de fractions lourdes F, contenant la majorité des hydrocarbures aromatiques formés.
