Es wird eine Vorrichtung zur Echtzeit-Ansteuerung eines Effektors angegeben, die eine Ableitelektrode zur Bestimmung von Eingangssignalen aus neuronaler Aktivität des Gehirns eines Patienten und eine Datenverarbeitungsanlage mit einer Auswertungseinheit zur Berechnung von Ansteuerungssignalen für den Effektor aus den Eingangssignalen aufweist. Dabei ist die Auswertungseinheit für ein Training zur Bestimmung eines Vorhersagemodells und die Berechnung der Ansteuerungssignale aus den Eingangsignalen unter Einbeziehung des Vorhersagemodells ausgebildet, wobei die neuronale Aktivität von natürlichen neuronalen Informationsverarbeitungsprozessen des Gehirns erzeugt ist.

The invention relates to a device for the real-time control of an effector, which device comprises a bleeder electrode for determining input signals from the neuronal activity of the brain of a patient and a data processing system having an evaluation unit for calculating control signals for the effector based on the input signals. The evaluation unit is adapted to the training for determining a prediction model and the calculation of the control signals from the input signals taking into consideration the prediction model. The neuronal activity is produced by natural neuronal information processing processes of the brain.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande temps réel d'un actionneur comprenant une électrode de dérivation pour déterminer les signaux d'entrée à partir de l'activité neuronale du cerveau d'un patient et un système de traitement de données doté d'une unité d'évaluation pour calculer les signaux de commande de l'actionneur à partir des signaux d'entrée. L'unité d'évaluation est conçue pour l'apprentissage afin de déterminer un modèle prédictif et de calculer les signaux de commande à partir des signaux de commande issus des signaux d'entrée en tenant compte du modèle prédictif. L'activité neuronale est générée par des procédés de traitement de données neuronale naturelles du cerveau.
