Beim vorliegenden Verfahren zum kaltumformenden Profilieren von zylindrischen, dünnwandigen Hohlteilen (1), mit im Wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse (A) des Hohlteiles (1) verlaufenden Profilen (4), wobei radial zur Längsachse (A) des Hohlteiles (1) auf das Hohlteil (1) von Aussen mindestens ein Profilierungswerkzeug (5) schlagartig hämmernd zur Einwirkung gebracht wird, wird das Profilierungswerkzeug (5) jeweils in einer im Wesentlichen senkrechten Richtung oszillierend auf die Oberfläche des Hohlteils (1) zur Einwirkung gebracht. Danach wird das Profilierungswerkzeug (5) bei gleich bleibender radialer Zustelltiefe axial gegenüber dem Hohlteil (1) verschoben, bis die gewünschte Profillänge erreicht ist.

The invention relates to a method for cold-form profiling cylindrical, thin-walled hollow parts (1), comprising profiles (4) which extend in an essentially parallel manner in relation to the longitudinal axis (A) of the hollow part (1). At least one profiling tool (5) engages in a strike-like hammering manner with the outside of the hollow part (1) in a radial manner in relation to the longitudinal axis (A) of the hollow part (1). The profiling tool (5) engages, respectively, in an essentially vertical and oscillating manner on the surface of the hollow part (1). Then, the profiling tool (5) is displaced in an axial manner in relation to the hollow part (1) at a constant radial adjusting depth until the desired profile length is obtained.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour profiler par formage à froid des pièces creuses (1) cylindriques à paroi mince, les profilés (4) étant sensiblement parallèles à l'axe longitudinal (A) de la pièce creuse (1). Selon l'invention, au moins un outil de profilage (5) sert à marteler la pièce creuse (1) de l'extérieur, de manière radiale à l'axe longitudinal (A) de la pièce creuse (1), cet outil de profilage (5) agissant avec des oscillations sur la surface de la pièce creuse (1) dans un sens sensiblement perpendiculaire à celle-ci. Puis l'outil de profilage (5) est déplacé dans l'axe relativement à la pièce creuse (1) à une profondeur radiale constante jusqu'à obtention de la longueur de profilé voulue.
