(EN) Disclosed is a process for producing a substantially shell-shaped component, from substantially carbon-fiber-reinforced synthetic material having at least one local reinforcing zone and at least one stiffening element, in particular a fuselage shell, a wing shell, a vertical stabilizer shell or horizontal stabilizer shell of an aircraft or the like. The process according to the invention comprises the following steps: arranging at least one doubler which has already been cured, on an at most partially cured shell skin to form the local reinforcing zone, applying at least one stiffening element which has already been cured, and placing at least one at most partially cured connecting angle bracket against the at least one stiffening element at least in the region of the at least one doubler, and curing the shell skin and the connecting angle bracket.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire un composant présentant sensiblement une forme de coque, à partir d’une matière synthétique en fibres de carbone sensiblement renforcée comprenant au moins une zone de renforcement local (3) et au moins un élément raidisseur, en particulier une coque de fuselage, une coque d’aile, une coque de stabilisateur vertical ou une coque de stabilisateur horizontal d’un aéronef ou d’un engin analogue. Selon l’invention, le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : l’agencement d’au moins une tôle de renfort (1) qui a déjà été durcie, sur un revêtement de coque durci au maximum partiellement (2) afin de former une zone de renforcement local (3) ; l’application d’au moins un élément raidisseur qui a déjà été durci, et l’agencement d’au moins une équerre d’angle de raccordement (6), durci au maximum partiellement, contre l’élément raidisseur au moins dans la région de la tôle de renfort (1) ; et le durcissement du revêtement de la coque (2) et du support de l’angle de raccordement (6). Cette invention porte également sur un composant présentant sensiblement une forme de coque qui comprend au moins une zone de renforcement local (3) ainsi qu’au moins un élément raidisseur obtenus grâce au procédé de l’invention.
