Abstract
(EN) [PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED] To provide a hexavalent chrome extracting method capable of reliably and cost-efficiently extracting hazardous hexavalent chrome remaining on the surface or inside of chrome plating or chromate film without a need of a special and expensive equipment, preventing elution of the hexavalent chrome from a raw material to be processed, enjoying safe use and discarding of the part where the hexavalent chrome remains, and preventing environmental pollution and adverse effect to a human body. [SOLVING MEANS] A method of extracting hexavalent chrome remaining in a raw material (workpiece) 3 to be processed. The workpiece 3 having a film where the hexavalent chrome remains is contacted with a liquid or fine particle reducing agent 2. The hexavalent chrome is extracted from the film.
(FR) L'invention a pour objet un procédé d'extraction du chrome hexavalent par lequel on peut extraire le chrome hexavalent, lequel est nocif, restant sur ou dans un film de revêtement en dépôt de chrome ou en chromate, de façon fiable et à faible coût, sans avoir besoin d'un appareil spécial onéreux, pour de cette manière empêcher le chrome hexavalent de partir du matériau traité par dissolution. Ainsi, il est possible d'utiliser ou de jeter en toute sécurité des éléments ayant du chrome hexavalent résiduel et on peut éviter qu'ils provoquent une pollution de l'environnement ou qu'ils aient une incidence sur le corps humain. Le procédé, lequel sert à extraire le chrome hexavalent restant sur un matériau (3) à traiter, consiste à mettre le matériau (3) ayant un film de revêtement contenant du chrome hexavalent résiduel en contact avec un agent réducteur (2) sous forme liquide ou sous forme de fines particules pour de cette manière extraire le chrome hexavalent du film de revêtement.
