Abstract
(EN) The object of this invention is to provide a method for detecting conformational change of calmodulin easily and simply in a short period, quantitatively and in real-time manner, and to provide a method for screening a substance having an activity that affects to conformational change of calmodulin efficiently among numerous substances. To solve the object, a method is provided and the method comprising; subjecting a test sample to be tested for its activity to a sample film comprising calmodulin, detecting change(s) in tension and/or elasticity of the sample film in comparison with prior to subjecting said test sample using a mechanochemical sensor, thereby it enables real-time and short time measurement of the activity of said test sample to induce or to inhibit conformational change of calmodulin,
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé capable de détecter un changement de structure de calmoduline facilement et quantitativement en un court laps de temps et en temps réel, et un procédé capable de récupérer de manière efficace une matière ayant une activité affectant un changement de structure de calmoduline parmi de nombreuses matières. On laisse une matière soumise à l’essai, dont on cherche à détecter l’activité, agir sur un film échantillon consistant en calmoduline pour détecter des changements de tension et/ou d’élasticité de film échantillon apportés une fois que la matière en cours d’analyse a subi l’action d’un capteur mécanochimique. Le procédé peut mesurer, en temps réel et en un court laps de temps, une activité induisant ou bloquant un changement de structure de calmoduline provoqué par la matière en cours d’analyse.
