Claims

1. A mobile communication network including:

a plurality of base stations (1) ; and

a plurality of mobile machines (2) ;

characterized in that
the mobile communication network further includes a particular location information notifying unit (3) for supplying particular location information assigned to a predetermined particular area to the mobile machines (2) while they are moving in the particular area ;
wherein the particular area comprises a plurality of location registration areas, each such area being a unit for location registration, association between the particular area and the plurality of location registration areas being predetermined;
each mobile machine (2) conducts the location registration to the base station (1) side by using the particular location information at a time when the mobile machine (2) enters the particular area; and
paging to one mobile machine (2) is conducted by a plurality of base stations (1), each of which corresponds to one of the location registration areas included in the particular area, while the mobile machine (2) is in the particular area.
  2. The mobile communication network according to claim 1, wherein:

the base station (1) transmits to the mobile machine (2) parameters necessary for receiving the information reported from the particular location information notifying unit (3) to the mobile machine (2), and

the mobile machine (2) receives the particular location information by using the parameters.


  3. The mobile communication network according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the mobile machine (2) conducts normal call processing operations including transmitting and receiving without the involvement of the particular location information notifying unit (3) while a location of the mobile machine (2) is the location having been registered by the location registration by using the particular location information.
  4. The mobile communication network according to any preceding claim, wherein the particular location information notifying unit (3) transmits to the mobile machine (2) a pilot signal which indicates the existence of the predetermined particular area and the reception of which can be used by the mobile machine (2) as a condition for location registration to the base station (1) side.
  5. The mobile communication network according to any preceding claim, wherein:

the particular location information notifying unit (3) is provided in a moving network device (4) provided among the mobile machines (2) and the base stations (1);

a moving network is provided corresponding to the particular area wherein the moving network comprises the mobile machines (2), the moving network device (4) and the base stations (1), and

the mobile machine (2) joins the moving network by conducting the location registration using the particular location information.


  6. The mobile communication network according to claim 5, wherein the mobile machine (2) joins the moving network when the mobile machine (2) receives a report signal for the search of the moving network from the base station (1) and, by using the report signal, receives moving network related information including the particular location information from the moving network device (4).
  7. The mobile communication network according to claim 5, wherein the mobile machine (2) joins the moving network when the mobile machine (2) receives a report signal on the existence of the moving network from the base station (1), receives moving network related information including the joining point GPS information specifying the boundary defining a moving network joining area as the particular area and the particular location information from the moving network device (4) by using the report signal, and detects the correspondence between the joining point GPS information and GPS information on the location of the mobile machine (2) itself.
  8. The mobile communication network according to claim 5, wherein the mobile machine (2) joins the moving network when the mobile machine (2) receives a report signal on the existence of the moving network from the base station (1), receives moving network related information including the particular location information from the moving network device (4) by using the report signal, and further detects the correspondence between the joining point GPS information specifying the boundary defining a moving network joining area as the particular area notified from a joining point notifying device installed at a joining gate for the moving network, and GPS information on the location of the mobile machine (2) itself.
  9. The mobile communication network according to claim 5, wherein:

the mobile machine (2) receives a report signal on the existence of the moving network from the base station (1), receives from the moving network device (4) moving network related information including the joining point GPS information specifying the boundary defining a moving network joining area as the particular area and the particular location information, by using the report signal, the mobile machine (2) gets incorporated in the moving network when the mobile machine (2) detects the correspondence between the joining point GPS information and GPS information of the mobile machine (2) itself, and also when a level of a pilot signal further received from the moving network device (4) exceeds a predetermined threshold value.


  10. The mobile communication network according to claim 5, wherein:

the mobile machine (2) leaves the moving network by conducting location registration using conventional location information of current location instead of the particular location information when a receiving level of a pilot signal, transmitted from the moving network device (4) while the mobile machine (2) is in the moving network, falls below a predetermined threshold value.


  11. The mobile communication network according to claim 5, wherein:

the mobile machine (2) leaves the moving network by conducting location registration by using conventional location information of current location instead of the particular location information when the mobile machine (2) detects, while the mobile machine (2) is in the moving network, that the mobile machine (2) has left a moving network joining continuation area based on a comparison between leaving point GPS information corresponding to the moving network joining continuation area and GPS information of the mobile machine (2) itself.


  12. The mobile communication network according to claim 11, wherein:

the mobile machine (2) receives the leaving point GPS information from the moving network device (4).


  13. The mobile communication network according to claim 11, wherein:

the mobile machine (2) receives the leaving point GPS information from a leaving point information notifying device installed at a specific physical location.


  14. The mobile communication network according to claim 11, wherein:

the moving network joining continuation area is set to be broader than the moving network joining area as the particular area.


  15. The mobile communication network according to claim 5, wherein:

the mobile machine (2) leaves the moving network by conducting location registration using conventional location information of current location instead of the particular location information when the mobile machine (2) detects, while the mobile machine (2) is in the moving network , that the mobile machine (2) has left a moving network joining continuation area based on a comparison between leaving point GPS information corresponding to the moving network joining continuation area and GPS information of the mobile machine (2) itself, and also

a receiving level of a pilot signal transmitted from the moving network device (4) falls less than a predetermined threshold value.


  16. The mobile communication network according to claim 5, wherein:

the moving network device (4) transmits the system information, which adds moving network related information including the particular location information to the system information received from the base station (1), to the mobile machine (2).


  17. The mobile communication network according to claim 16, wherein:

the mobile machine (2) receives system information transmitted from the moving network device (4) while the mobile machine (2) is in the moving network.


  18. The mobile communication network according to claim 16, wherein:

the mobile machine (2) receives system information transmitted from the moving network device (4) at a time when the mobile machine (2) joins the moving network, and receives system information transmitted from the base station (1) after joining in the moving network.


  19. The mobile communication network according to claim 5, wherein:

the mobile machine (2) receives a report signal on the existence of the moving network from the base station (1), and, by using the report signal, receives from the moving network device (4) moving network related information including the particular location information and all of the leaving point information specifying the boundary of a moving network joining continuation area after joining the moving network.


  20. The mobile communication network according to claim 5, wherein:

the mobile machine (2) receives a report signal on existence of the moving network from the base station (1), receives from the moving network device (4), by using the report signal, moving network related information including the particular location information and leaving point information specifying the boundary of a moving network joining continuation area after joining in the moving network, received from the base station (1) corresponding to the current location of the moving network device (4), and

the moving network device (4) updates leaving point information included in the moving network related information and transmits the updated moving network related information to the mobile machine (2), when the moving network device (4) receives new leaving point information from a new base station (1).


  21. The mobile communication network according to claim 20, wherein:

the moving network device (4) further transmits a pilot signal indicating the update of the leaving point information to the mobile machine (2), and

the mobile machine (2) receiving the pilot signal seeks the updated leaving point information by searching the moving network related information transmitted from the moving network device (4).


  22. The mobile communication network according to claim 5, wherein the network is a cellular network, and wherein:

the moving network device (4) further comprises a cell-corresponding leaving point information storing unit for storing leaving point information specifying the boundary of a moving network joining continuation area after joining the moving network in a cell, corresponding to the cell supported by each base station (1),

the mobile machine (2) receives a report signal on existence of the moving network from the base station (1) and receives, by using the report signal, moving network including the particular location information and the leaving point information corresponding to the current location of the moving network device (4) from the moving network device (4), and

the moving network device (4) transmits to the mobile machine (2), when the moving network device (4) enters another cell supported by another base station (1) while moving in the particular area, the moving network related information including leaving point information corresponding to another cell by using the stored contents of the cell-corresponding leaving point information storing unit.


  23. The mobile communication network according to claim 22, wherein:

the moving network device (4) further transmits to the mobile machine (2) a pilot signal indicating the update of the leaving point information, and

the mobile machine (2) receiving the pilot signal seeks the updated leaving point information by searching the moving network related information transmitted from the moving network device(4).


  24. The mobile communication network according to any preceding claim, wherein:

the particular location information is defined as a set of plurality of conventional location information corresponding to a plurality of areas included in the particular area.


  25. The mobile communication network according to any preceding claim, wherein:

a core network connected to the mobile communication network comprises a mobile machine location information managing unit for managing the location of the mobile machine (2) using the particular location information, corresponding to the location registration to the base station (1) side by the mobile machine (2).


  26. The mobile communication network according to claim 25, wherein:

the core network further comprises a location information correspondence managing unit for managing the correspondence between the particular location information and a plurality of conventional location information being respectively assigned to a plurality of areas constituting the particular area.


  27. The mobile communication network according to claim 26, wherein:

the core network searches a plurality of conventional location information corresponding to particular location information registered by the mobile machine (2), when paging for the mobile machine (2), by using the stored contents of the location information correspondence managing unit, and transmits data for the paging for the mobile machine (2), corresponding to the search result, to the base station (1) side corresponding to the plurality of the conventional location information.


  28. The mobile communication network according to claim 25, wherein:

a radio network controller for connecting the mobile communication network and the core network comprises a location information correspondence managing unit for managing the correspondence between the particular location information and a plurality of conventional location information being respectively assigned to a plurality of areas constituting the particular area.


  29. The mobile communication network according to claim 28, wherein:

the radio network controller searches the plurality of conventional location information corresponding to the particular location information registered by the mobile machine (2) notified from the core network side as the target of the paging and transmits data for the paging for the mobile machine (2), corresponding to the search result to the base station (1) side corresponding to the plurality of location information.


  30. The mobile communication network according to any of claims 1 to 24, wherein:

a core network connected to the mobile communication network comprises a mobile machine location information managing unit for managing the location of the mobile machine (2) by using a plurality of items of conventional location information being respectively assigned to a plurality of areas constituting the particular area, corresponding to the particular location information used for location registration to the base station (1) side by the mobile machine (2).
