Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a microfluidic device (1) comprising at least one micro-channel (2) connected at one end to an enclosed area (6), characterized in that it also comprises an inlet circuit (8) and an outlet circuit (9) connected to the enclosed area and between which the fluid can be discharged without any contact with the micro-channel, wherein at least one of said inlet and outlet circuits can be controlled in such a way that the pressure at the end of the micro-channel can be modified independently from the pressure at the other end of the micro-channel.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif microfluidique (1) comportant au moins un microcanal (2) relié à une extrémité à une enceinte (6), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte en outre un circuit d'entrée (8) et un circuit de sortie (9) reliés à l'enceinte et entre lesquels peut s'établir un écoulement de fluide sans contact avec le microcanal, l'un au moins des circuits d'entrée et de sortie étant contrôlable de manière à modifier la pression à ladite extrémité du microcanal, indépendamment de la pression à une autre extrémité du microcanal.
