Cette invention a trait à un composé correspondant à la formule (I). Dans cette formule, B représente un alcényle ou n alkynyle ayant de 2 à 4 atome de carbone, éventuellement substitué. Ce composé se révèle des plus utile s'agissant d'inhiber une ou plusieurs métalloprotéases, notamment l'enzyme de conversion de facteur de nécrose tumorale $g(a) (TACE).
