Abstract

The present invention relates to a method of transferring electronic calendar data between a first device (MS1) and a second device (MS2), the second device (MS2) being remote from the first device (MS1), and both the first and second device being one of a mobile station capable of communicating over a mobile communications network and of a computer having a connection to the mobile communications network. The method comprises transmitting a calendar reservation from the first device (MS1) to the second device (MS2) via at least one mobile communications network, the calendar reservation including a subject and time of an event, receiving said calendar reservation at the second device, and storing the subject of the event of said received calendar reservation at the time of the event in an electronic calendar of the second device.

L'invention concerne un terminal (1) pour un réseau de communication, ce terminal pouvant prendre en charge une pluralité d'applications (17, 18) et ayant un moyen pour communiquer des messages utilisateur. Le terminal comprend un moyen pour recevoir des messages utilisateur comprenant des données, un en-tête se rapportant à l'une des applications (17, 18) et un moyen (8) pour adresser les données à une application particulière, en fonction de l'en-tête. Dans une forme d'exécution, les messages utilisateur sont des messages courts et les données comportent des caractères intégrés dans le message court.
