Abstract

A motor control circuit controls operation of a motor for making or breaking one or more pairs of contacts of a power switching device such as a circuit breaker. The motor control circuit includes a logic circuit responsive to a control input signal and an enable signal for producing an active signal state when both the control signal and the enable signal are present, and for producing an inactive logic signal state when either of the control signal and the enable signal is not present. A switching control signal producing circuit is responsive to said active state of the logic signal for producing a switching control signal for operating the motor for a predetermined time interval sufficient to perform one of opening and closing of the one or more pairs of contacts.

La présente invention concerne un circuit de commande de marche de moteur destiné à ouvrir ou à fermer une ou plusieurs paires de contacts d'un dispositif de commutation de puissance, tel qu'un disjoncteur. Le circuit de commande de moteur comprend un circuit logique réactif à un signal d'entrée de commande et à un signal de permission afin de produire un état de signal actif lorsque, à la fois, le signal de commande et le signal de permission sont présents, et qui produit un état de signal logique inactif lorsque, à la fois, le signal de commande et le signal de permission manquent. Un circuit de production de signal de commande de commutation est réactif audit état actif du signal logique afin de produire un signal de commande de commutation de mise en marche du moteur pendant un intervalle de temps prédéterminé, suffisant à mettre en oeuvre une des ouvertures et fermetures possibles de l'une ou de plusieurs paires de contacts.
