Abstract
(EN) This invention provides a process for preparing aminoarylacetylenes comprising reacting an N-arylmethylidene aminoarylhalide with a terminal acetylene in the presence of a base and a catalyst system comprising a palladium catalyst and a cuprous salt to produce a novel N-arylmethylidene aminoarylacetylene, and hydrolyzing the N-arylmethylidene aminoarylacetylene to the aminoarylacetylene. In one embodiment, the invention provides a process for preparing aminophenylacetylenes comprising reacting an N-benzylidene aminophenylhalide with a terminal acetylene in the presence of a base and the catalyst system to produce a novel N-benzylidene aminophenylacetylene, and hydrolyzing the N-benzylidene aminophenylacetylene to the aminophenylacetylene.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une technique permettant d'obtenir des aminoarylacétylènes, consistant à mettre à réagir un aminoarylhalogénure de N-arylméthylidène avec un acétylène terminal en présence d'une base et d'un système catalyseur comprenant un catalyseur au palladium et un sel cuivreux, de manière à obtenir un nouveau aminoarylacétylène de N-arylméthylidène, puis hydrolyser l'aminoarylacétylène de N-arylméthylidène en aminoarylacéthylène. Dans un des modes de réalisation, l'invention décrit une technique de préparation des aminophénylcétylènes, consistant à mettre à réagir un aminophénylhalogénure de N-benzylidène avec un acétylène terminal en présence d'une base et du système catalyseur, de façon à obtenir un nouveau aminophénylacétylène de N-benzylidène, et hydrolyser ensuite l'aminophénylacétylène de N-benzylidène en aminophénylacétylène.
