Abstract
(DE) Ein solcher Getriebebaukasten besteht aus zwei oder mehreren Getriebemodulen (1-3) gleicher oder unterschiedlicher Bauart, die jeweils eine oder mehrere Getriebegrößen sowie innerhalb einer Größe eine oder mehrere Übersetzungen umfassen und von denen mindestens ein Getriebemodul ein Winkelgetriebe (3) ist, und aus einer oder mehreren damit wahlweise kominierbaren Antriebsmodulen (4, 5), wobei die betreffende Antriebseinheit (4 oder 5) eines Antriebsmoduls ein der jeweiligen Übersetzung entsprechendes, zylindrisches Abtriebsritzel hat. Um bei einem derartigen Getriebebaukasten wenigstens ein Getriebemodul, welches ein Winkelgetriebe (3) betrifft, einfacher zu gestalten, ohne daß die Kombinationsfähigkeit der Gesamtheit der Getriebemodule (1-3) mit denen der Antriebsmodule (4, 5) beeinträchtigt wird, ist das eine Winkelgetriebe (3) oder zumindest eines von mehreren Winkelgetrieben ein Kronenradgetriebe, dessen Kronenrad an den Eingriff des jeweiligen Abtriebsritzels (7) angepaßt ist.
(EN) The inventive modular gear system consists of two or several gear modules (1-3) of the same or different designs, said gear modules in turn comprising one or several gear sizes, and one or several transmission ratios within one size. At least one of these gear modules is an angular gear (3). The inventive gear system also comprises one or several drive modules (4, 5) which can be combined therewith as required, the relevant drive unit of a drive module (4 or 5) having a cylindrical output pinion corresponding to the relevant transmission ratio. The aim of the invention is to simplify at least one gear module in a modular gear system of this type, more precisely, an angular gear (3), without reducing the capacity of the entirety of the gear modules(1-3) to combine with the entirety of the drive modules (4, 5). To this end, the one angular gear (3) or at least one of the angular gears is a contrate gear whose contrate wheel is adapted for engaging the corresponding output pinion (7).
(FR) L'invention concerne un système modulaire d'engrenage constitué d'au moins deux modules d'engrenage (1-3) de constructions identiques ou différentes comportant respectivement au moins une taille d'engrenage et, dans une taille, au moins un rapport d'engrenage. Au moins un de ces modules d'engrenage est un engrenage conique (3). Ce système d'engrenage comprend également au moins un module d'entraînement (4, 5) pouvant être associé librement. L'unité d'entraînement (4 ou 5) concernée d'un module d'entraînement possède un pignon cylindrique de réduction de vitesse correspondant au rapport de vitesse respectif. Pour simplifier la conception au moins d'un module d'engrenage, notamment un engrenage conique (3), d'un tel système modulaire d'engrenage, sans nuire à l'aptitude de combinaison de l'ensemble des modules d'engrenage (1-3) et de l'ensemble des modules d'entraînement (4, 5), cet engrenage conique (3) ou au moins un des engrenages coniques est un engrenage à couronne dentée dont la couronne dentée est adaptée à l'engrenage du pignon de réduction de vitesse (7).
